1. Ownership of the website remains the property of Red Meets Blue Design (RMB).
2. A once off setup cost of $495+GST applies for the establishing of the website and hosting for 12 months from website live date.
3. After the initial 12 months (from website live date), a licensing and hosting renewal cost of $300+GST per annum is applicable.
4. Failure to pay the renewal fee on time will result in the website going offline.  If the website is taken offline and payment for licensing and hosting renewal fee is then paid after the due date, an additional reconnection fee of $100+GST will also apply.  The website will not return online until both the licensing and hosting renewal fee and reconnection fee amounts have both been paid.
5. Payment terms are strictly in advance.  Work will only commence after full payment has been received.
6. The 48 hours applies from the time of receiving all of the required information, and all efforts will be made to achieve this target. However in the unlikely event that the completion of the work exceeds 48 hours as a result of circumstances beyond its control, RMB (trading as Quick Websites) will warrant to take all necessary steps to minimise the time taken to get the website up & running.
7. The design of the website will be at interpretation of RMB designers from the graphics and text supplied by the client and there is no allowance in the quoted fee for design changes. Design changes will incur an additional cost of $50 for each change.
8. The quoted fee includes one (1) round of text changes or up to half an hour (0.5hrs).

Quick Websites Costs & Terms for Additional Services.

1. Additional web page $150 Maximum of 1 additional page as per set template.
2. Email address(es) $100 For up to 3 email address setups for 1 year including catch all address settings (All emails@yourdomain.com go to your address).
3. Contact form $150 6 fields max with forwarding to email address of choice.
4. Animated header $250 As per RMB standard animated header guidelines (available on request)
5. Business cards x 500 $350 Includes delivery to city metro area / Australia wide.
6. Photo gallery $200 Up to 5 images maximum.
7. Video $200 Video maximum length 1 minute and must be supplied in any of following formats - AVI, MPEG, MOV or WMV.
8. Custom add-ons TBC Prices vary, and upon briefing.

Whereby the scope of work exceeds the terms and conditions above, additional costs will be notified.
